Glacius
Glacius is an Intelligence-based support hero known for his very aggressive abilities. With his targeted stun and massive movement speed slows, Glacius can make almost any lane he is in a dangerous one for his opponents.

Tundra Blast (Q)
Tundra Blast is a large area-of-effect ability which deals quite a bit of damage, but also applies -30% movement speed slow and applies -20 attack speed to foes as well. What is most notable about Tundra Blast is the total range at which it can hit opponents. The cast range itself is a very nice 600, but adding its 400 unit effect range means Glacius can hit targets with this chilly ability up to 1000 units away!

Ice Imprisonment (W)
Ice Imprisonment is a target unit ability which freezes them (Immobilize and Disarm) for 1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds and applies a mini-stun to them as well. When cast on an ally hero/unit, Ice Imprisonment reduces damage dealt to them by 20/30/40/50%. This is useful for ability-casting heavy allies who aren't really mobile, but can benefit from the damage reduction. This isn't used as often. Its more common use is on enemy heroes. It applies the immobilize and disarm debuffs for the same amount of time and the mini-stun, but does not apply the same damage reduction but deals magic damage over time and reveals enemy heroes/units frozen by it. Ice Imprisonment can be used to set up other stuns to follow up or to help finish enemy heroes as a follow-up to prevent them from using certain escape mechanisms or invisibility to get away. Ice Imprisonment also freezes non-hero enemy units for 10 seconds at all levels. But be careful, as enemy heroes, just like frozen allies, may still use their abilities when in ice.
Chilling Presence (E)
Chilling Presence is a passive ability which increases the passive mana regeneration of Glacius and allied heroes on the whole map (global range). This additional trickle of mana can give allies just what they need to stay in lane longer, be more active before returning to base, etc.
Glacial Downpour (R)
Glacius's ultimate ability causes Glacius to channel for up to four seconds. During this time, Glacius summons up to forty chunks of ice to fall from the sky in a large area around him. Enemy heroes/units hit by these ice pieces take magic damage, but regardless of whether they are hit or not, all enemies will receive -30% movement speed and -20 attack speed within the area of effect of Glacial Downpour. Staff of the Master boosts the damage done by Glacial Downpour.
